Panorama Vazisubani is a project that strikes both with its unusual exterior and shapes while it surprises with its original layouts.
Where is Panorama Vazisubani located?
The complex is located on Shandora Petofi street No. 68 in Tbilisi. This is the heart of the Vazisubani micro-district, which is located away from the central part of the city, but still offers a plethora of advantages. One of them is the stunning panoramic view of the city.
What's around?
The infrastructure in the immediate vicinity of the new building is standard. Children can attend schools number 90, 92, and “Albion”. The medical facilities Tbilisi Central Hospital and Tbilisi Sea Hospital are just a short walk from the complex. Shopping can be done at the Hualing Tbilisi Sea Plaza shopping center, and the supermarkets Nikora and Carrefour.
What transportation is available?
The nearest bus stop is a couple of minutes walk on Sandor Petofi Street. Here bus lines N°’s. 25 and 50 depart. A little further is bus stop N° 19. The “Samgori” bus station is about 1.5 km and right next to it is the “Naftlugi” railway station. The nearest metro station is “Varketili”, 1.6 km away. By car, you can quickly get to the Kakheti highway with which you can reach all major parts of the city.
What are the architectural features?
Panorama Vazisubani in Tbilisi is one of the most striking buildings in the district. Moreover, its brightness does not lie in the decoration of the facades, for which the developer chose a design in beige and gray colors, but in the unusual form. If you look at the house from above, you can count at least 6 corners, one of which is quite sharp and protrudes significantly forward.
The building has a solid monolithic frame, which can resist seismic vibrations and is able to last for centuries. Filling the exterior walls with brick is a guarantee for comfort and environmental friendliness.
What kind of apartments are available?
The layouts of the apartments are very bright and modern. Each unit has a large living room-kitchen, as well as one or two bedrooms. In some cases, there are two loggias. The most interesting options are the apartments in the corner section, where the balcony is very large, but in a triangular shape. There are also options in which most rooms have irregular shapes. The interior of such apartments can be decorated truly unusual and stylish.
