The multifunctional residential complex Pillar Varketili is a comfortable and modern space for both residential and commercial use.
Where is the complex located?
Pillar Varketili is located on the street of Shindis Heroes in Tbilisi. This is the territory of the Varketili district which is home to the metro station of the same name.
What's around?
The surrounding area offers several shops, Procredit Bank and Bank of Georgia bank branches, a Biscoto supermarket, a MegaMart electronics store, and the Evex clinic. For children, there are several kindergartens as well as schools No. 37 and 139.
What forms of transportation are available?
The “Varketili” metro station is located about 150 meters from Pillar Varketili. Nearby are several bus stops with bus routes No. 18, 19, 25, 39, 40, 50, 56, 71, and 101. Within 2 km from here, are the Naftlugi railway station and the Samgori bus station. By car, you can quickly go to Javakheti street and then get on the Kakheti highway.
What are the project features?
Pillar Varketili in Tbilisi has a complex architecture that looks even more interesting due to the use of materials of different colors and textures in the decoration of facades. The building has 9 floors while the residential apartments start from the fourth floor and up.
In addition to residential apartments, there will also be office and commercial areas in the new building. These units can be purchased or rented and have separate entrances.
For residents there is underground parking and guest parking can be found next to the building. The common area will be monitored by CCTV systems.
What kind of apartments are available?
There is a wide range of planning options and they all differ in comfort and size. There are apartments for sale with one, two, or three bedrooms. Each unit has a large living room with a kitchen area and a spacious balcony. The available apartments range in size from 48 to 115 m2.
