Information about the project
Piramida residential complex in Tbilisi offers comfortable and affordable apartments in a developed district of the capital.
Location
The new building is located in the fifth quarter named after Vazha Pshavela in the outskirts of the Saburtalo district, eight kilometers from the city center.
It is convenient to live here: a developed road network and the nearby State University metro station provide quick access to any part of the capital. Seven bus routes pass near the complex, and the bus stop is two hundred meters away.
Nearby are the Innova medical center, the Strada American cuisine restaurant, the Sukhumi Institute of Physics and Technology, the Institute of High Energy Physics, the Georgia Business Development Center, Tbilisi State University, a fitness club, shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks. Close to the complex there are secondary schools No. 128 and No. 35; the Kids Planet kindergarten is about six hundred meters away, and two swimming pools are located nearby.
Architecture
The Piramida residential complex at 5 Sandro Euli Street truly resembles a pyramid rising upward. The twenty-four-storey building decreases in horizontal section as it approaches the top, so that the balconies available in each apartment almost turn into open terraces.
The building is equipped with three comfortable silent elevators from the Swiss company Shindler with an emergency power supply.
Infrastructure
The Piramida residential complex has a landscaped territory with recreation areas, a children’s playground, and a space for sports activities. Driveways for special vehicles are arranged along the perimeter of the building, and guest parking spaces are organized. An underground parking facility is being built.
Apartments
In the Piramida residential complex the developer Tetris offers a wide variety of apartment layouts. Here it is possible to buy apartments with one, two, three, and four rooms with cash payment. The area of the apartments ranges from 49 to 213 m², and the price includes a white frame finish.
Real estate is sold for cash; the possibility of purchasing housing with an installment plan or mortgage can be specify at the sales office.
