Residential complex Seso on Paliashvili is designed to harmoniously fit into the existing architectural appearance of the district in which it is built.
The new development is located in the Vake district of Tbilisi. The exact address is 28 Paliashvili Street. This is an excellent place to live, combining a number of advantages. The location is close to the city center but away from its hustle and noise. The area offers a favorable ecological environment, with Mziuri Park just 350 meters away. Seso on Paliashvili in Tbilisi is a 10-storey building, with the first two floors designated for commercial infrastructure. The building has a single entrance section and is constructed using a monolithic frame structure. The facade finishes of the lower floors are выполнены using basalt stone, while travertine is used above.
The building includes an underground parking facility. Landscaping and improvement works have been carried out in the adjacent territory, making it an ideal space for relaxation. Passenger and freight elevators are installed in the building, and safety systems as well as backup power supply systems are provided.
