The complex on the Vakhtanga Ninua 3 in Tbilisi is a modern mid-rise building with 16 floors and 120 apartments. The building also houses commercial premises on the lower two floors. During construction, only high-quality materials are used such as a500 reinforcement, 30 series concrete, and pumice blocks with improved characteristics of sound insulation and energy efficiency. The building is solid and able to withstand seismic loads of up to 9 points on the Richter scale.
