Information about the project
Residential building on Khataeti St., 39 in Tbilisi – a completed new development by MX Development. It offers affordable apartments with functional European-style layouts.
Location
The building is constructed away from busy streets in a quiet neighborhood dominated by low-rise private housing. At the same time, from here you can reach well-developed residential areas with advanced infrastructure in just 5–10 minutes by car. Another advantage of the location is the good environmental quality.
Transport
Less than 1 km from the new building runs one of the city’s key highways – Agmashenebeli Avenue. Slightly further is a major transport interchange with Balanchini Street, which allows access to the Gldani Bridge and reach the other side of the Mtkvari River.
The nearest public transport stops are also located on Agmashenebeli Avenue. Buses No. 14, 15, 38, 54, 69, and 84 operate here. The nearest metro station “Sarajishvili” is about 4 km away.

Project features
The new development is an 8-storey building constructed using monolithic frame technology. The facades are highlighted by large panoramic windows extending from floor to ceiling. Balcony railings are made transparent to allow maximum natural light into the apartments. The area of the apartments offered for sale starts from 41.7 m².
A guest parking area with a sufficient number of parking spaces is equipped, and landscaping works have been carried out.
