The residential complex Domus Chavchavadze 29 will become one of the most unusual and stylish buildings in the area.
The address of the new building is 29 I. Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi. This is on the territory of the Vake district, which is known for its excellent ecology, beautiful panoramas of the surroundings, and relatively close to the central districts of the city.
The building is literally next door to the embassies of Turkey and the Czech Republic, hospital No. 9, and the Heart and Vascular Clinic. Also nearby are the cinema "Vremya Kino", David Agmashenebeli University, the "Populi" and "Goodwill" supermarkets, school No. 54, and a large selection of shops. It is just 500 meters from the new building to the green area of Mziuri Park, 800 meters to Vake Park, and about 1 km to the Tbilisi Zoo.
Ilya Chavchavadze Avenue is one of the most important transport highways in the city. With it, you can quickly go to the streets leading to the center and other areas. The closest metro station to the new building is "Technical University", at about 1.5 km. Taking into account the peculiarities of the transport routes, it may be more convenient to use the stations "Delisi" or "Rustaveli" located a little further. Bus routes No. 9, 21, 34, 51, 59, 61, 85, 88, 140 run along Chavchavadze Avenue.
The residential complex Domus Chavchavadze 29 in Tbilisi is a 20-storey single-entrance building. The architecture is modern and a bit minimalistic. Thanks to its elongated shape and huge panoramic windows, the building looks a bit like a spaceship and seems unreal.
The glazing is made using Reynaers aluminum profile and low-emissivity glass from the French company Saint-Gobain. Modern KONE elevators take residents quickly and quietly to the desired floor.
There are 45 apartments for sale, including housing options ranging from 56 to 214 m2. In most layouts, the kitchen area is located in the living room, which allows you to get a comfortable, multifunctional space. There are also duplex apartments located on the upper floors. Without exception, all of the properties offered for sale have comfortable loggias, and the two-level units also have terraces. The apartments are handed over with green frame finish.
The project is being implemented by construction company Domus, which was founded in 2006 and mainly operates in Tbilisi. The developer's partners are renowned suppliers of premium quality materials, which guarantees compliance with the highest standards in the industry.
