At 47 and 47a Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi, next to Vake Park, the unique residential complex “Domus Chavchavadze” is under construction.
Near the Domus Chavchavadze residential complex there is a park, Tbilisi State University, the Kani clinic, the Glance Optics & Eyewear shopping center, Hard Rock Cafe, Varazi restaurant, and several supermarkets. Within a radius of one kilometer there are the Memorial to Georgian soldiers who died during the Russian-Georgian military conflict in Abkhazia, the Tbilisi Zoo, Ilia State University, the Iliauni Theatre, as well as numerous shops.
Against the background of surrounding city development, the building stands out with its distinctive architecture. Modern technologies and environmentally friendly materials are used during construction, which allows the building to achieve higher sound and thermal insulation performance.
The new development is a nineteen-storey building with only forty apartments. The single entrance is equipped with an elevator from the well-known Finnish company KONE. The project also uses an aluminium sliding window system from the Belgian company Reynaers and rolling shutters by Renson. Panoramic windows and balconies with special glass railings are provided. The lobby, staircases and other common areas are finished with Greek Volakas marble.
Buyers can choose from 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 7-room apartments. The housing will be delivered in green frame+ condition. All apartments have modern and diverse layouts with living areas ranging from 68 to 364 sq. m. The windows offer impressive views of the city and the neighboring park.
According to the project documentation, the surrounding territory will be landscaped and improved. A modern children's playground will be arranged in the courtyard. Construction of an underground parking garage is also planned.
