Information about the project
Where is Monolit City located?
The new building is located off the Krtsanisi-Shindisi highway near the intersection of Bezhan Kalandadze Street and 3rd Nadikvari Street.
It is 900 meters to the Botanical Garden, where residents can enjoy a relaxing stroll. At 400 meters is a comprehensive school (No 144) and a kindergarten. Nearby there are two supermarkets and several cafes.
What are the technical features?
The residential complex Monolith City consists of two buildings. The first building has 8, 12 and 15 floors while the second building has two sections with 7 and 15 floors.
The houses are being built using energy-saving technologies that save up to 40% on utilities.
Each building has a solid monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The roof is flat and covered in two layers by roll waterproofing. The facades have reliable insulation and are lined with hinged ventilated systems. Passenger lifts are installed in each section.
What is inside?
Walking paths and wide driveways for special vehicles and cars are paved near the buildings. In the courtyard between the buildings, there is a modern children's playground with a special coating and a recreation area. Residents can park their car in the underground parking. The territory of the Monolith City is landscaped with greenery and streetlights.
What kind of apartments are available?
The available units come in the form of studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. That range in size from 34-108 sqm. The apartments are handed over in white frame condition, which includes:
- Energy-saving double-glazed glass in windows and balcony doors
- Metal entrance doors
- Metering devices
- Complete set of plumbing
- Gas stove and sink in the kitchen
