Monolit Nutsubidze residential complex in Tbilisi – comfortable apartments from the developer “Monolit Group”.
Location
The new building is located in the Saburtalo district near the intersection of Nutsubidze and Budapest Streets. The “Medical University” metro station is just five hundred meters away, and the nearest public transport stop is a six-minute walk.
Within a few hundred meters from the complex there is the Central Republican Hospital, and slightly further – the MediClubGeorgia clinic. The Tbilisi State Medical University is less than one kilometer away, and the Barakoni University is located at approximately the same distance. The area also features numerous shops, chain supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.
Features of the new building
The Monolit Nutsubidze residential complex is a nine-storey building with a single entrance. The building is constructed from environmentally friendly materials using advanced technologies that ensure maximum seismic resistance and high energy efficiency.
The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and a flat roof covered with roll waterproofing and equipped with a drainage system. External walls are made of aerated concrete blocks, and facade insulation significantly reduces utility costs.
The entrance is equipped with a silent passenger elevator, and the building features modern engineering systems. A metal entrance door is installed at the main entrance.
Internal territory
Landscaping of the complex includes arrangement of surface parking spaces for temporary parking, construction of an underground parking, and development of a children’s playground and recreation area.
Street lighting is installed near the building, and wide driveways and pedestrian walkways are laid out. The works are carried out with minimal impact on existing greenery, with additional trees and decorative plants planted.
About the apartments
In the Monolit Nutsubidze complex, the developer offers apartments in one-, two-, and three-room layouts. The area ranges from 43 to 79 m², and apartments are sold in white frame condition. The price includes:
- finished floor screed;
- plastered walls ready for final finishing;
- electrical wiring with switches and sockets;
- installed and ready-to-use heating system;
