Saburtalo Hills 2 is built on the hills of Saburtalo and offers a completely new level of life.
Where is the complex located?
Saburtalo Hills 2 is situated on the western edge of the city, on Anna Politkovskaya Street No. 18a in Tbilisi. This is an area with lots of ongoing construction and rapidly developing infrastructure. The main advantages of the location include excellent ecology, clean air, and beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings.
What's around?
Not far from the new building is a Nikora supermarket, a branch of VTB Bank Georgia, a Noem office, a furniture store, Sukhumi State University, and the Jikia pool.
What transportation is available?
A little more than 1 km separates the new building from the “State University” metro station. On Anna Politkovskaya street bus routes 6 and 140 serve the neighborhood. The distance from here to the Tbilisi railway station is just over 8 km.
What are the project features?
Saburtalo Hills 2 in Tbilisi is a new building with complex architecture. After the completion of the construction work, the complex will become a stylish, modern, and energy-efficient home. The project is relatively small and offers only 44 apartments. The ground floor is reserved for commercial activities and underground parking is available for residents of the complex. The green landscaped courtyard, with an area of about 400 m2, is the perfect place to relax.

What kind of apartments are available?
The available apartments range in size from 38-116 m2. The apartments are sold in white frame condition. However, the developer also installs the heating system.
The layouts are different but most of them are made in the Euro-format. This means that each apartment has a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen area, as well as 1 or 2 separate bedrooms. Some apartments have large loggias but there are also layouts without loggias.
