Information about the project
Saburtalo Hills residential complex in Tbilisi – a multi-apartment building by the construction company Saburtalo Hills, designed in a modern style and characterized by high operational performance.
Where is it located
The new complex is located in the Saburtalo district on the outskirts of the city in an environmentally clean area. The distance to the State University Metro Station is slightly more than two kilometers. A public transport stop is a three-minute walk from the complex. There is also access nearby to a highway leading to the city center.
The district infrastructure is at a solid level. Nearby are Sokhumi State University and a library, several schools, and the Institute of High Energy Physics. Shops operate in the area, including 24-hour stores, as well as pharmacies and beauty salons. Various restaurants and cafes are within a ten- to fifteen-minute walk.
Technical characteristics
Two five-story buildings included in the Saburtalo Hills residential complex are being constructed in a unified architectural style, taking into account the required seismic resistance and high standards of energy efficiency. The buildings feature a durable monolithic frame and a long service life. The facade is insulated. The use of the latest energy-saving technologies increases the level of comfort while significantly reducing utility costs.
Infrastructure of the complex
The development plan provides full landscaping of the territory. There will be children’s playgrounds with swings and relaxation areas. Wide driveways and sidewalks will also be arranged.
About the housing stock
The developer sells the properties in black frame condition. The residential stock of the new building consists of one- and two-room apartments with practical layouts and areas ranging from 44 to 75 m². The apartments are equipped with windows and balcony doors with energy-efficient double-glazed units. However, balcony glazing is not provided.
