Taghi is a conceptual 4-storey residential complex designed in a traditional Georgian style. The development follows a boutique format, characterized by a limited number of apartments and unique architectural and layout solutions.

The building is constructed using a durable monolithic frame technology. Innovative construction methods and environmentally friendly materials are used. The structure features clean geometry, while a distinctive element of the façade is an arch with balconies offering city views. The façades are finished with brown clinker brick.
