Architecture

Taghi is a conceptual 4-storey residential complex designed in a traditional Georgian style. The development follows a boutique format, characterized by a limited number of apartments and unique architectural and layout solutions.

The building is constructed using a durable monolithic frame technology. Innovative construction methods and environmentally friendly materials are used. The structure features clean geometry, while a distinctive element of the façade is an arch with balconies offering city views. The façades are finished with brown clinker brick. The developer installs energy-efficient panoramic windows and balcony doors. The building has a sloped roof with a terrace accessible from the apartments.

Internal infrastructure

The developer provides high-quality landscaping of the territory.The project does not include its own commercial facilities, but residents can use the infrastructure of the nearby Old City Panorama complex, including a spa, swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, restaurant, and supermarket. Cleaning services are also available.
