Information about the project
Residential complex York Orta is a completed new building. However, the initial sale of apartments has not yet finished.
Where is York Orta located?
The building was built just a short walk from the Ortachala bus station and the major traffic intersection of the streets Gulua and Vakhtang Gorgasali. Only 300 meters separate the new building from the Kura embankment. This is a comfortable and fully landscaped part of Tbilisi, where real estate is always in demand and prices are going up.
What's around?
In the surrounding area is everything necessary for everyday life. Nearby there are shops and a large selection of cafes, as well as bank branches. About 1 km separates the new building from the shopping center “Isani Mall”. This part of the city is also home to several state institutions such as the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
What transportation is available?
Residents of York Orta have access to a wide range of public transport options. At a stone’s throw away buses No’s 19, 44, 50, 55, 71, 80, 101, 102 depart and will get you to practically every part of Tbilisi. Near the bridge over the Kura, just under 1.5 km away, are the metro stations “Isani” and “300 Aragviyei”.
What are the architectural features?
York Orta in Tbilisi consists of four blocks with 9, 11, 13, and 14 floors. The modern architectural style is perfectly combined with the ascending heights, the bright decorative elements of the facade, and the extensive glazing.
The complex includes shopping and commercial areas, a well-equipped gym, and a cafe. In the courtyard, there are playgrounds for children and sports grounds. The surrounding territory is decorated with landscaped greenery. There is underground parking for residents and outdoor parking spaces for guests.
What kind of apartments are available?
In total, there are 249 apartments in the York Orta complex, ranging in size from 42 to 220 m2. The layouts are comfortable with a convenient kitchen-living room, separate bedrooms, spacious loggias, and full terraces. All this will allow you to competently organize the space of the apartment. Not all layouts are still available but a list of available units can be found on the website of the developer.
