Information about the project
Residential complex at 2 Zedazeni Street in Tbilisi – a unique project from the developer Kera+ and the company Livin.
Location of the complex
The new building is located in the Nadzaladevi district near Kikvidze Park, about six kilometers from the city center. The area includes many cottage-type houses. The environmental conditions are generally favorable. The nearest industrial zone is at least 500 meters away, while the railway and freight station are located about 800 meters from the complex.
A bus stop is located nearby, and the Gotsiridze metro station can be reached on foot in ten minutes. Near the complex there is a supermarket, a grocery store, a school, pharmacies, a medical center, and a kindergarten.
Features of the complex
The residential complex at 2 Zedazeni Street is being constructed taking into account local climate conditions. The strong monolithic frame of the nine-storey building provides high seismic resistance and allows flexible layout changes for any apartment.
A distinctive feature of the new building is the unusual facade design and spacious balconies, which in some cases resemble open terraces.
Territory inside the complex
The developer has created its own internal infrastructure:
- the two lower floors of the residential complex at 2 Zedazeni Street are occupied by commercial and office premises;
- ground-level parking areas for cars are arranged near the building;
- the territory is divided into functional zones, part of which is a park area with pedestrian paths.
