The new building is located in the Vake district near the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs, just six kilometers from the city center and the central railway station. To the "Didube" bus station is about ten kilometers. The nearest bus stop is located 100 meters from the complex. Buses of seven different routes depart here with intervals of 7 minutes. What are the architectural features?
