Information about the project
Gldani Bazar Residential Complex in Tbilisi is a promising project by Balavari.
Location
The new development is located in the 1st district of Gldani, sixteen kilometers from the city center.
The bus stop is less than five hundred meters away, and the main public transport traffic near the complex runs along Omar Khizanishvili Street. Five bus routes pass through this area, connecting the district with various parts of the capital. The distance to the Akhmeteli Theatre metro station is nine hundred meters. The Gldani bus terminal is no more than six hundred meters away.
The infrastructure near the new development is well developed. Nearby there are seven kindergartens, as well as Schools No. 79, No. 39, and No. 173. Several shopping centers, shops, and supermarkets are also located close to the complex. The Akhmeteli cinema and the V R-b O O M entertainment center are situated five hundred meters away.
New building features
Gldani Bazar Residential Complex is a ten-story building constructed from environmentally safe materials using advanced technologies that ensure low housing maintenance costs and high seismic resistance. The building has been in operation since the first half of 2017.
The new building features a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and a strong foundation made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The flat roof is covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with stormwater drainage systems.
The building includes a silent elevator and modern engineering utilities. Balconies are not glazed, following the traditional architectural style of the Georgian capital.

The adjacent territory is landscaped with greenery, pedestrian paths, and access roads for service vehicles. The complex includes a children’s playground, a recreation area for adults, and a utility zone. Parking is located in the basement of the building.
