Architecture

Lisi Topograph is a large-scale, Western-style development consisting of 244 land plots spread across 41.8 hectares. The key concept is the topographic division of the area into four low-density sectors: A, B, C, and D. The layout is designed to blend naturally into the surrounding landscape of mountains and lakes.

Minimum plot size starts at 1,000 m².

To maintain a consistent architectural look, each landowner receives a custom house design with their plot. The project includes one- and two-story villas built using monolithic construction methods. Homes feature a modern design with sharp angles and projecting facades, giving the complex a futuristic feel. Panoramic glazing and open glass balconies ensure maximum natural light. Facades are finished with high-quality materials and wooden accents.

Internal infrastructure

The community is gated, secure, and monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. The project emphasizes preserving the natural, recreational character of the area, and the landscaping is designed accordingly. Around 1,000 different species of trees and shrubs will be planted across private and shared spaces.
