INSI Tower residential complex – affordable apartments in the center of Tbilisi.
Location
The new development is located in the central part of the city at 72 Kostava Street. The Kura River flows 500 meters from the residential building. The area features well-developed infrastructure and proximity to green zones.
Transport
Technical University metro station is located a two-minute walk from the complex. A bus stop is situated nearby.
Surrounding infrastructure
The new building is constructed in close proximity to major city landmarks, including Heroes Square, Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena, Tbilisi Circus, and the Zoo. Near the residential building there are the Sports Palace, iPlus shopping center, McDonald’s, the University of Georgia, Public School No. 161, a bank, and a pharmacy.
Architecture
INSI Tower residential complex in Tbilisi is a 22-storey modern development with a distinctive design. The building is constructed using monolithic frame technology, and the facade is finished in calm color tones. The structure stands out due to its uneven protruding elements, a spire on the roof, unconventional glazing, and other architectural features. Apartment windows offer panoramic views of the city.
Internal infrastructure
The development includes an underground parking facility for residents’ vehicles. Cars can also be parked in the guest parking area near the building. Property owners have access to concierge services.
Apartments
INSI Tower residential complex offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments ranging from 48.4 to 194.4 sq.m. All apartments are delivered in white frame condition and include installed entrance doors and metal-plastic windows. Layouts provide one or two bathrooms depending on the apartment size.
Construction company
