Viva Bagebi residential complex in Tbilisi – an eco-house in an environmentally clean area!

Location

The new building is located five and a half kilometers from the city center near the western border of the Vake district at 15/17 Tskneti Highway. Cottage-type houses prevail here, there is plenty of greenery in the surroundings, and there are absolutely no industrial enterprises.

The neighborhood is comfortable for living, although some may not like the proximity of the Vake Cemetery — the distance to its border does not exceed two hundred meters. The Viva Bagebi residential complex is a unique building with two entrances, designed in the traditional Tbilisi style, with spacious balconies and panoramic window glazing. The project provides high seismic resistance thanks to a durable reinforced concrete frame. The walls of the complex are made of energy-efficient building blocks that provide enhanced protection from city noise.

The building is equipped with:

• a two-level underground parking located in the basement.

Internal infrastructure

On the territory of the complex there are spaces for temporary parking of guest vehicles. The project provides for creation of a recreation area and a themed children's playground. Energy-efficient street lighting is installed, and decorative plants are planted.

Apartments

Apartments can be purchased from the third to the twelfth floor — the lower floors of the building accommodate facilities of the complex’s own infrastructure.
