The owner only needs to complete the final works: paint the walls or apply wallpaper, lay the flooring and tiles, install plumbing fixtures, and place interior doors.

Compared to the white and black frames, the green frame represents a higher level of readiness, saving time on rough construction and allowing you to move faster towards furnishing and interior design.

How does a green frame differ from white and black frames?

Black frame — the basic structure without finishing. The apartment has only load-bearing walls, interior partitions, an entrance door, and windows. All engineering systems and finishing are the responsibility of the buyer. This option requires the largest investment but allows full customization of the interior.

White frame — an intermediate stage. The apartment already has the main utilities installed: electricity, water supply, sewage, and heating. The walls are leveled and plastered, and the floor has a rough screed. This is a good compromise: fewer rough works are needed, but there is still freedom in choosing finishing materials.

Green frame — the pre-finishing stage. The walls, floors, and ceilings are fully prepared for final coverings, and all utilities are distributed throughout the apartment. Only the finishing works remain: painting or wallpapering, laying flooring, and installing tiles. This level of readiness saves time on rough construction and speeds up the move-in process.
